We collect mobile phone numbers that users voluntarily provide through our web forms, verbal consent on recorded calls, or signed in-person engagement forms.

How We Use Mobile Information

Mobile numbers are used to send conversational SMS regarding appointments, planning follow-ups, requested documents, and account updates from your assigned licensed advisor.

Sharing of Mobile Information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services (e.g., our SMS delivery platform) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS Delivery Platform

SMS messages are delivered through Vantage CRM, our internal customer relationship management platform, operated on our behalf by the same business that operates LegacySafe.

Opt-Out
